The 12-Month Transformation Program is our most comprehensive program, this long-term commitment and constant support is designed to transform your approach to nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. Over the course of a year, you’ll take part in 3 to 6 weeks of boot camps or fitness holidays, on dates convenient for you. All this alongside a full year of 1-2-1 online coaching and continuous support from James and his expert team.

This program was founded in 2019 and since then has helped clients all over the world completely change their approach to food, fitness and health.

This program will equip you with everything you need to achieve lasting results. With James, you’ll work towards your fitness and weight loss goals, making sure the process is both fulfilling and enjoyable.

What You Do

3-6 Week Stays over 12 months

Begin your transformation with our 3, 4, 5, or 6 week boot camps or holidays, you choose weeks that fit into your schedule over the course of a year, it's very flexible.

1-2-1 Coaching With James

Between boot camps, continue your progress directly with James. You will implement the skills you’ve gained at camp at home, supported by James. Everything is personally tailored for you and you check in with James every 2 weeks.

How the Program Works

Step 1 - Book Your First Week

Choose a boot camp week/holiday where you want to start. No need to commit to all dates upfront, just choose your first week, giving you the flexibility to tailor your program to your needs.

Step 2 - Complete Your First Week

Start your transformation with a boot camp week. Designed to challenge, reset and educate, you’ll explore diverse training styles and exercises. By the end of this week, you’ll notice already amazing progress in your fitness and confidence.

Step 3 - Coaching With James

After completing your boot camp, you will have created your own custom nutrition and training program with the support of James. Your plan is designed to fit into your daily routine, featuring workouts with video demonstrations and a program card for guidance. Your nutrition plan comes as a personalised cookbook, and you will do regular check ins with James to keep on track.

Step 4 - Next Boot Camp Week

Throughout the 12 months, you'll take part in numerous camps, each designed to help you discover, learn, and push yourself further. With every camp, you'll build on your progress, taking your transformation to the next level. With James as your coach, you'll stay on track, continually progress, and be fully prepared for every step of the journey.
