There are so many weight loss camps out there, but we are a UK-based weight loss retreat that follows no diets or fads! Why? Because they have never worked and never will. We take our time to teach you all the basics about food and nutrition to empower you and leave you confident enough to create your own nutrition plans that deliver real and successful results, and just as importantly, fit into your lifestyle.

What Will You Be Doing on Your Weight Loss Retreat?

On your weight loss boot camp, you will undertake the same program as clients on our fitness program and Xtreme Boot Camps Program. Our fitness program caters to all abilities, creating a strong team boot camp. However, it’s what happens outside the training on our weight loss boot camp retreat where the magic happens for weight loss. In our seminars, we delve into education and teach you everything you need to know about nutrition and how to put it all together successfully to achieve fat loss.

On your retreat, you will receive education on nutrition to a higher standard than a standard level 3 personal trainer qualification. The power and knowledge we provide are significant reasons why this is the best weight loss retreat for you.

You will also have the opportunity to rest and recover between sessions with massages, cold plunges, and use of our Jacuzzi hot tub!

  • You will not have any macronutrients taken out of your food here. You will eat three wholesome, natural, and delicious meals containing all the carbs, protein, and fats your body needs to recover and fuel your boot camp experience.

  • We do not heavily restrict your calories or starve you. It is essential for our clients to build a successful and enjoyable relationship with food and exercise. Spending all your money to be starved for a week or two goes against our values, and you will not enjoy your experience.

  1. We do a seminar and show clients why diets and rapid weight loss camps don’t work.

  2. We have a seminar on the basics of nutrition. We explore the three macro nutrients (protein, fats and carbs) and teach you the role they play on the body and why all of them are important

  3. We show clients how to work out your calories and nutrition specifically for you

  4. Through our support and structured guidance, we empower clients to start creating their own fail-proof nutrition plans, ensuring the best weight loss experience you could ever embark on.

How Many Weeks Can You Do?

On our retreat, you can choose to stay for 1-4 weeks on our weight loss program. The most popular choice is 2 weeks, and you can even spread your weeks over the year if you wish.

If you feel you want a longer stay, we no longer offer long stays as we believe it’s counterproductive for the clients’ progress. The mind and body need time to recover, and you need to be able to implement the changes at home.

What Results Can You Expect?

Do not expect rapid fat loss, as some other weight loss camps in the UK may promote. We do not follow the method of depleting your body of sugar and water retention to achieve ‘amazing results.’ Instead, expect to start obtaining successful and sustainable results that will always put you in a better position than a rapid weight loss fad. This is a significant reason why clients choose our boot camp to lose weight. Results can vary, but expect weight loss on our camp to be between 3-8 lbs a week. The real magic happens when you return home.
