Common Questions
Am I fit enough for boot camp?
Absolutely! Our program is designed for all fitness levels, with variations for every exercise to ensure you get the most out of your experience. James and his team have worked with thousands of clients worldwide and have extensive experience in training individuals of all abilities.
What will I be eating? I struggle with diets
You’ll enjoy three wholesome meals a day, carefully designed to fuel you physically and mentally for the program. We don’t believe in starving, restrictive diets, or extreme calorie-cutting. Instead, we promote a balanced and healthy relationship with food that our team personally follows too
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes! We accommodate all dietary and religious requirements, everyone is welcome
I can't swim. Is this a problem?
Not at all! Life jackets are provided for all water activities, and if you prefer to skip any water-based sessions, we always offer an alternative activity.
I'm scared of heights. Do I have to climb?
We will never force you to do anything you’re uncomfortable with. If you’d rather not participate in a particular activity, we’ll always have an alternative session available.
I want to be pushed hard. Will you do that?

I am really overweight. Can I do this?
Yes! Our camps are ideal for clients looking to lose weight and improve their fitness. We adapt every workout to individual abilities, ensuring a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone.
